1. Prioritize Your To-Do List

Try the “Eisenhower Matrix”: categorize tasks as “urgent and important,” “important but not urgent,” “urgent but not important,” and “neither.” Focus on urgent, important tasks first, then move on to important but less urgent items. This way, you’re intentional with your energy and avoid being overwhelmed by non-essential tasks.

Time blocking is an effective way to structure your day. Set specific time slots for tasks like “email,” “focused work,” and “breaks” to avoid multitasking and distraction. For example, dedicate 9-10 AM to emails, 10-12 PM to deep work, and 12-1 PM for lunch. This approach helps you stay focused, use your time more productively, and set clear boundaries around work tasks.
